Ms. Carosella is a leader in driving and advancing the growth agenda for packaged goods companies. Her general management orientation is combined with core expertise in marketing, brand development and innovation.
She currently is the CEO at Madhava Natural Sweetener. Prior to her current role Debbie was Senior Vice President at Dean/WhiteWave Foods, serving on their executive leadership team. She led their Innovation agenda with a focus on adding value to one of the largest commodity categories in the food industry. Prior to Dean/Whitewave, Carosella was on the executive leadership team for Conagra Foods where she was both a general manager and innovator for numerous brands in a multitude of food categories. While at ConAgra she was the senior leader for a billion dollar division and was named Food Marketer of the Year in the food industry because of her work in creating, developing and commercializing the most successful new product in food that year. Prior to her manufacturing side experience, Carosella had extensive advertising agency and consulting experience. She worked for JWalterThompson, DMB&B and others before she formed her own advertising and new product agency where she grew brands and created new products for clients such as Anheuser Busch, MMMars and Nestle.
