Saloni leads procurement, product development, meal production, and financial operations for Fresh Takes Kitchen. She previously worked as a Strategy and Operations Consultant for Oliver Wyman, then as a Managing Director for Teach for America in Denver where she established partnership, technology and student achievement strategies for the organization, gaining critical knowledge of relationship building strategies and the unique needs of under resourced, urban communities. Saloni graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University with a B.S. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering and holds an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
