Stephanie is the Founder of LaunchUR, accelerating access of youth entrepreneur experiences for our next-gen leaders. She is also Managing Partner for Pando Innovations, championing sustainable growth and innovation strategies for venture-backed startups, triple-bottom line companies and national nonprofits like Giveo, KULA Causes, Mountain2Mountain, Re|Works, and InsideGOOD.
Her prior creative property ventures include "GamesWePlay". a retro stationary line in partnership with Hasbro; and "Books@Work", a Media General syndicated biz column and CBS radio feature interviewing high-profile CEOs about the books that influence their business leadership. Interviews include Debbie Fields of Ms. Fields Cookies, Jim McCann of 1-800Flowers, Brian Maxwell of PowerBar and Dave Barger of JetBlue Airlines.
In her professional career, Stephanie has lead several new product, program and campaign initiatives for leading national brands like Pepsi, Sylvania, United Way Worldwide, Marriott, IBM and Genzyme Genetics.
She has also been a certified social entrepreneur trainer for Seedco and the National Center on Social Entrepreneurship supporting new ventures for the American Lung Association, the YWCA, Eckerd Youth Alternatives and the National Center for Community & Justice.
Stephanie has a BS degree from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management and an MBA from the University of Tampa. A resident of Boulder, Colorado, Stephanie steals away as much time as possible to enjoy fly fishing, hiking and cross country skiing amid the splendor of the Rocky Mountains.
